Our Mission
The purpose of the Eastbrook Education Association is to assure quality public education for every student in the Eastbrook Community Schools by providing a strong, positive voice for school employees.
Our Goals
Goal 1.
The top priority of the Eastbrook Education Association is to ensure that all students at Eastbrook receive a quality education. To meet this goal, EEA will pursue adequate and stable funding for public education.
Goal 2.
Promote educational excellence for all students, and be a leader in establishing and evaluating decisions on education issues.
Goal 3.
Build support for public education and our school.
Goal 4.
Secure and protect the personal, professional, and legal rights for our teaching staff.
Goal 5.
Provide members with avenues to achieve professional excellence to meet the demands and stresses of their jobs.
Goal 6.
Pursue organizational excellence including systematic communications with members affording involvement by all members in decision-making.
